My London List

I was in London recently and received many messages asking for my recs! Since I was there for a birthday gathering and to see dear friends who I hadn’t seen in a couple of years, I spent more time in homes than in restaurants. Still, I bugged all of them for their favorite addresses. This list is certainly not comprehensive, but it’s definitely personal—anything here is beloved by me or my friends. I also didn’t include neighborhoods, because I find that they seem to matter less to visitors—there’s a tolerance for going distances and zig-zagging that we just don’t have back home. And just a reminder: I don’t usually mention anything beyond food, hotels and shopping, as I’m sure you can cover your particular interests with the many great resources out there. —Y.E.
