Catherine, we can recommend the Capelongue hotel in Bonnieux – in the heart of the Luberon – with babies. Just stayed last week and many couples with babies. The location is great. The grounds are great – two pools. High chairs in the restaurant for breakfast. Glorious rooms. Upscale casual feel. – US traveller with a daughter who lives in the South of France.

My husband and I are thinking of going to the south of france this summer with our new baby, around ~4 months old when we’ll be traveling. Seems like an ideal spot because of the direct flight from NYC to Nice and we have some friends based in Aix. Are there any hotels you might recommend for traveling with an infant? Thinking we’ll likely want pool/beach and a walkable town area that we can access without having to get into a car.
