Comments on: Our Rome Black Book 2.0

Ciao Yolanda, I hope you and your family are well. I’m not sure if the comments are the right place for this question, but I wondered if you—or friends—might have any suggestions for more ‘quotidian’ needs in Rome? More specifically:
– a dry cleaner (lavasecco), ideally one comfortable working with delicate or vintage fabrics;
– a cobbler (calzolaio) for shoe repairs or putting protective soles on new shoes;
– a carpenter/woodworker (falegname), with experience in restoring or repairing modernariato, especially 1950s/60s furniture;
– a framer or framing store (corniciaio/laboratorio di cornici) for works of art?
